Enchanting features mixed with countless amenities truly blends the meaning of vacation. Relax pool side during the day under tiki umbrellas or enjoy "The Grotto" at night in the well lit backyard. The perfect photo opportunity awaits in every corner from Iggy the Iguana in the backyard to custom murals inside and out. Casa Brisa was designed entirely around travelers that may spend more time at their vacation home than anywhere else. The perfect degree of separation exists for groups or multiple families traveling together. You have privacy with the front studio (La Casita) that sleeps 3 and has it's own kitchen and bathroom, yet enough space to enjoy time together in the larger bungalow (Casa Dos) and spacious backyard. From life size checkers to bocce ball and mini golf there are activities for everyone. More looking for the perfect afternoon siesta? The covered cabana features a plush twin mattress and curtains in addition to black out curtains in each bedroom. Two well equipped kitchens and a Blackstone grill make cooking large meals easy for guests. Casa Brisa is a true home away from home. Amenities include: - Smart TV’s - Toiletries (shampoo, conditioner and body wash) - Coffee supplies - Keurig (in each unit) - Drive times: - 2.5 miles to Madeira Beach (5 minute drive/Uber or inquire about private rides) - 12 miles to Clearwater Beach (20 minute drive) - 22 miles to TPA (30 minute drive) - 11 miles to Downtown St Petersburg + The Pier (20 minute drive)
Other Details to Note
⭐️ PLEASE READ ⭐️ This is a unique property and there are a few items to keep in mind while booking: ⚠️ Pool water temperature is weather-dependent. In colder conditions (below 50º) the pool may not reach the target temperature despite continuous heating. As a general guideline, pool water typically warms approximately 15–20°F above the ambient air temperature. Refunds are not given for weather related limitations 🚪 There is a studio (bed + twin sleeper, kitchen and bathroom) + a 2 bedroom unit on one property. The units are separated by a court yard and are not connected by any interior doors. They are rented together only and are not shared with other guests/host. 🛌 The 2 bedroom unit features a platform king bed in each bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa. Look closely at the photos to see that the platform is along one side of each bed and guests access the bed from 1 side only. The beds are approximately 14” off of the ground (This was our only way to fit King beds and decided it was worth it ☺️) 🧺 Laundry is located in the metal shed under the carport. This space is not heated/cooled ⛔️ The pool is a 12x24' above ground pool. Guests must use stairs up and into the pool.
